8 Week Class- Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Coming up in October, we will be offering our next 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) course, at Quest For Balance Wellness! This class will meet on Tuesday evenings from 6-8:30pm, starting on October 29th.
Developed in the 1970s, MBSR has been tested in hundreds of research studies that have shown the program is effective in helping us deal with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and a range of other conditions.

*Note: for this class, we will be using what we call “pay it forward” pricing, where we ask people to consider what they feel they can contribute. The registration fees we receive will support people who take a future class (and, please see our webpage for more information).
