The Crawfordsville Christmas Parade is a long-standing community tradition, featuring performances and floats by over 100 local businesses and community organizations, with an appearance from Santa and Mrs. Claus. The parade is traditionally held the first Sunday in December and travels through Historic Downtown Crawfordsville, primarily along East Main Street with commentary from the Montgomery County Courthouse.
This year we capture the magic of Christmas with some inspiration from the 1986 Caldecott Medal Winner book by Chris Van Allsburg and the 2004 animated film by Robert Zemekis starring Tom Hanks.
