Friends of Sugar Creek Canoe Race

Join us for the Friends of Sugar Creek Canoe Race!

The Stwalley Short Race will have a contest for the ‘Best Dressed Canoe’. Winner of the contest will receive a gift basket. Medals will go to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers of the race. Race starts at 1:00 pm and runs from Creekside Lodge to Trail Head Park, approximately 4 miles. On site registration starts at 10:30 am.

The 15 mile race will include both recreational and USCA paddlers. It runs from Creekside Lodge to Deer’s Mill Bridge, approximately 15.5 miles. Awards ceremony will take place at Canyon Camp Ground at 4:30 pm. On site registration is at 11:00am.
