Join us for a hands-on Fused Glass Cross Workshop on January 10, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at The Shop Small Shop, located at 124 N Green St, Crawfordsville, IN 47933. This workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore the fascinating art of glass fusing, where you’ll create a custom cross by arranging colorful pieces of glass, which will then be kiln-fused to form a beautiful, solid piece.
During the workshop, our instructor will guide you through each step, from designing and arranging your glass pieces to understanding how the fusing process works. No prior experience is required—whether you’re a seasoned artist or a beginner, you’ll receive all the guidance you need to create a stunning, personal piece.
All materials will be provided, and you’ll have a variety of glass colors and shapes to work with, allowing you to create a cross that’s entirely your own. Once your design is complete, we’ll handle the kiln-firing process, ensuring your piece fuses together securely and beautifully. Due to the firing and cooling time required, finished pieces will be ready for pickup within two weeks, allowing you to look forward to your unique cross after it has been carefully processed.
