Storytellers & Change Makers

March 6 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Fellow book connoisseurs, I am delighted to announce that next week we will host Mexican author Nadia Villafuerte. She’s currently an Assistant Professor of Literature at UCSD, and prior to her appointment out West she completed her PhD at NYU.
We are thrilled to discuss her recently translated book, Ships in Houston; a poignant depiction of the troubles humans faced when crossing the Mexico/Guatemala southern border. Please share with folks who might be interested!
