Hendricks Earns General Manager Certification

Michele Hendricks, General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Crawfordsville, IN. successfully completed a week long intensive General Manager Certification course at the corporate headquaters for Intercontinental Hotels Group, the parent company of Holiday Inns. Areas covered were revenue management, guest relations, human resources, risk management, sales and marketing, service and quality management. Participants were required to pass a two hour exam at the end of their training. Holiday Inns has been recognized as the most improved hotel chain by J.D. Power & Associates’ 15th annual study of North American hotel guest satisfaction.
